Eduardo Luna
President and CEO

Mr. Luna, is Chairman of Silver Wheaton and recently retired President of Goldcorp's Mexican mining operations. Mr. Luna has an advanced management degree from the Harvard School of Business and seventeen years experience as President of Luismin, S.A. de C.V., one of Mexico's largest producers of gold and silver and now a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldcorp. He serves on the board of other mining companies and is President of the Consulting Board for the School of Mines, Universidad de Guanajuato, and a member of the advisory boards of the School of Mines of both Mexico University and Zacatecas University. Mr. Luna has served as President of the Mexican Chamber of Mines on two occasions and as President of The Silver Institute from 2002-2003. He is also a member of the Board of ICME, the International Council on Metals and the Environment.

Nick Demare
Chairman

Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. Since May, 1991, Mr. DeMare has been the President of Chase Management Ltd., a private company which provides a broad range of administrative, management and financial services to private and public companies engaged in mineral exploration and development, gold and silver production, oil and gas exploration and production and venture capital.

Joseph M. Keane
Director

Mr. Keane is a Registered Professional Metallurgical Engineer and since the mid-1980's has been President of KD Engineering Co. and Metcom Research Inc., both of Tuscon, Arizona. Since mid-2006 he has been a special advisor to the Company. He is a specialist in process design development, engineering supervision, equipment and instrument selection and has conducted numerous feasibility studies for the mineral processing and pollution abatement industries. Mr. Keane has also directed feasibility studies and/or provided direction for a wide variety of mining projects in Chile, Peru, Indonesia, Mexico, Panama, Mongolia, Canada and the United States. He is a Co- inventor of US Patent No. 6,319,389 concerned with copper recovery and has developed standardized test methodologies that have been adopted by the mining industry.

Mike Magrum P.Eng.
Director

Mr. Magrum is a geological engineer with extensive uranium experience covering most of the uranium-bearing Proterozic basins in Canada. He is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and the University of Alaska. Mr. Magrum was part of the technical team that assembled JNR Resources’ very successful Athabasca Basin uranium land holdings. He also served as a director of Seabridge Gold, which acquired a major gold property portfolio containing a multi million ounce gold resources.

Marc Cernovitch
Director

Mr. Cernovitch brings a strong background in corporate governance and finance. He studied Economics at McGill University. He started his career in the financial sector as a stockbroker and has lived and worked in Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, New York and Toronto. Since leaving the brokerage industry, Marc has focused on corporate development, funding and building companies primarily in the Resource and energy technology fields. He is currently Chairman of Halo Resources Ltd. and an Advisory Board Member to Salazar Resources Ltd.

Simon Tam
Director

Mr. Tam is an international businessman with interests in Hong Kong, mainland China, North America, Europe and Africa. Since 1986, Mr. Tam has been an active board member and senior executive of numerous publicly listed junior exploration companies including Xemplar Energy Corp., Cooper Minerals Inc., E-Energy Ventures Inc., Ringbolt Ventures Ltd., Consolidated Global Diamond Corp., Xenex Minerals Inc., Quanta Resources Inc., Challenger Development Corp. and Keneiba Goldfields. Mr. Tam has more than 25 years experience leading private and public companies, most notably in the areas of corporate start-up, corporate restructuring, financing, acquisitions, operations, and development in the natural resource sector. Mr. Tam has also successfully raised over $100-million to finance the operations of his many ventures.
